Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE Application Developer:

Looking to add a senior D365 Developer to our team. Ideally someone who can take the lead and ensure best practices within the development team. We are in a midst of growing our team and looking for a highly skilled developer to be part of our growth. The role involves a great deal of customization, integration, working with workflows, systems analyze and providing ongoing support. This is a terrific opportunity to join a growing organization while working on full life cycle projects.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Code and maintain components within dynamics CRM and Field service
  • Review required document and performing systems analysis
  • Provide estimates going through the process of development and writing customization
  • Perform application full development life cycle
  • Deliver Dynamics 365 CRM designs for our clients that maximizes on their project investments
  • Should be able to work on web resources, Plugins, workflows etc.
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM Portal and Canvas Apps development experience
  • Experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

As a core Dell Boomi Integration team member, you will work within an engagement team to define, develop, deliver and support Integration Processes on Dell Boomi integrating multiple Cloud and On-Premise Applications that help our clients solve problems, expand market share, improve operations, and grow their business. Activities typically include:

Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)

Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform

Build Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs

Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements

Contribute in evolving a Customers EAI and SOA vision by implementing methodologies, and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practices

Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives

Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors

  • 6+ years of relevant Consulting or Industry Experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services
  • Experience with identifying API from business processes design and implementing API using latest and emerging technologies such as SaaS Applications, APIs, IoT Platforms
  • Experience working with the Dell Boomi Platform (Equivalent experience with other integration platforms, e.g. Oracle ESB, will considered as well)
  • Experience using Dell API Management solutions (or Equivalent experience in Apigee, Mashery) is desirable as well as good understanding of the Enterprise Integration Patterns
  • 3 years of experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE preferred)
  • Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards

  • Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
  • Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java

The Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM OTL Techno Functional will be a leader with a rigorous system life cycle engineering and operational excellence mindset and hands-on experience

Position Responsibilities:

The Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM OTL Business Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Seek deep understanding of our customers and our technology through data and a continuous learning mindset
  • Manage (define, architect and re-engineer) business process models based on the requirements
  • Follow industry trends and implement best practices to improve business processes
  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements and review documentation
  • Act as an advisor to the business on areas of risk in application configurations, possible improvements, efficiency, optional methods and best practices
  • Present solutions to management in a clear, concise manner via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
  • Partner with project managers and other business analysts to review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and provide level of effort estimates to complete configurations or personalization’s to the application.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ensure program code is written according to documented software development processes and standards (SDLC)
  • Perform impact analysis and collaborate with other team members within IT and the business before production changes are made.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues with Oracle Cloud platform.
  • Manage Technical tasks of offshore Production support resources as well as third party vendors
  • Provides technical review advice to IT Leads and staff, and as necessary to end users and the general user community.
  • Reviews and ensures conformance with standards, policies and procedures involved with or related to the delivery of Pike IT services.
  • Work with business to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
  • Create and maintain strong positive relationships with colleagues across the organization and adopt/leverage from other application support teams. Provide guidance to the team on functional and technical in resolving production incidents within pre-defined SLAs.
  • Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)
  • Advise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules - Finance (Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets), Talent Management Human Resources, OTL, Project Portfolio Management

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model and Multi-Org concepts.
  • Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces, and Extensions.
  • Big picture view, with ability to understand the details of business needs, processes, and information flows through the system.
  • Prior experience working in organizations to support IT services provided to internal/external clients
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and source code control.
  • Business intelligence and reporting experience (Hyperion or similar product) considered an asset.
